About I’ve always been fascinated by images. I love how an image can tell a story, create an emotional response, or even just document a moment in time. My interest in images led me to obtain a degree in Film Studies from the University of California at Santa Barbara, which was then followed by over 15 years working in the film and television production industries in Los Angeles and Toronto. During this time, I worked on a wide variety of projects, including the SAW horror film series (Saw II – VII), the horror film Wrong Turn, the Christmas movies Jingle All The Way and Blizzard, and the comedy Harold and Kumar Go To White Castle. After my years in film production, I decided to pursue my dream of becoming a professional photographer. After studying for several years, I launched CL Becker Photography, and I’m looking forward to a lifelong opportunity of working with people to create images that last a lifetime. I truly love working with people and enjoy collaborating to produce images that reflect the spirit and personality of the subjects. As a mom with three young kids, I especially love taking images that captures the spirit and playfulness of all children. My goal is always to provide my clients with a fun, relaxed photo session that will bring out the best in people of all ages.
